Made the way my Zia Mimi taught, and therefore more lightly breaded than the typical American recipes, this Eggplant Parmesan is a perfectly balanced combo of eggplant, tomato & cheese.

Served with Homemade Garlic Bread & a fresh salad full of locally & regionally sourced veggies with our Maple Balsamic dressing,

Inspired by traditional Mexican-style sweet corn, this soup brings together grilled corn, lime & chili with a creamy broth for a mouthwatering summery treat.

Served with tortilla chips for that crunchy contrast & creamy cotija-lime sauce for a tangy pop!
