We're lucky enough to be able to forage wild leeks on our land, and the patch is in it's glory this week! Combined with Vermont grown potatoes & local cream, this oniony springtime favorite is is a hyper local option!

Served with our Cloverleaf Rolls: a hearty and chewy accompaniment to our soup.
