There's nothing like a plate of this cheesy deliciousness! The addition of butternut squash to our baked mac & cheese creates a beautiful contrast of sweet, salty and, cheesy flavors, while the breadcrumb topping creates a contrast of textures. A favorite meal around here & one where leftovers never last for long!
Served with a fresh Seasonal Veggie

BOWL OF THE WEEK
Cauliflower Curry
with Paratha
I doubt it's in any way authentic, but this was the curry that I grew up eating. Rich with coconut, peanuts and spices. A mild curry - if you like yours spicy, I always suggest serving with a dash of cayenne.
Served with Paratha, a flakey Indian flatbread
