I believe that gathering at the table - whether with family, friends or a mindful moment alone - creates a vital moment of connection & nourishment for body & soul. Enabling those moments is what King Girls Kitchen is all about.

My goal is to enable you to dedicate your time those moments of connection by creating the simple, delicious and locally sourced meals for you to gather around. You focus on what matters, I’ll do the dishes.

We help kids (and adults too) feel comfortable, happy and connected in the kitchen. Connected to ingredients, to flavor, to themselves, and to those they are cooking with and for.
