We're lucky enough to be able to forage wild leeks on our land, and when they’re in season, we pop some in the freezer for springtime flavors all year around! Combined with regionally sourced potatoes & local cream, this oniony favorite is is a delicious local option!
A hearty, warming stew, this is one of those foods that reminds me of childhood.
