We're lucky enough to be able to forage wild leeks on our land, and they’re a classic taste of spring around here! Combined with regionally sourced potatoes & local cream, this oniony favorite is is a delicious local option!

A hearty, warming stew, this is one of those foods that reminds me of childhood.

Served with our Cloverleaf Rolls: a hearty and chewy accompaniment to our soup.
