with Green Salad & Sourdough Bread


Layers of pasta & cheese with our homemade pasta sauce, roasted veggies & local greens!

Served with a fresh salad full of locally & regionally sourced veggies, with feta & our Maple Balsamic dressing.

Also includes a mini loaf of our sourdough bread.

Potato Leek Soup
with Hearty Dinner Rolls

Wild leeks (sometimes called ramps) are are a sign of spring around here, and this soup shows them off beautifully. Combined with Vermont grown potatoes & a lovely cream-infused broth, this oniony springtime soup is a seasonal favorite.

Served with our Cloverleaf Rolls, a hearty and chewy accompaniment to our soup.
(Large orders may be accompanied by a loaf of our Maple Oatmeal Bread)
