Roasted cauliflower in a smoky-tangy sauce makes for one of my personal favorite taco fillings.
Served with a bright, crunchy slaw, refried beans & sour cream. And corn tortillas of course!

Lentil Barley Soup
with Hearty Dinner Rolls
A hearty, warming stew, this is one of those foods that reminds me of childhood. The combo of the richness of the lentils and the smooth chewiness of the barley makes a perfect combo!
Served with our Cloverleaf Rolls, a hearty and chewy accompaniment to our soup.
