Each spring we harvest wild leeks from our property and preserve them for year-round cooking, and this soup them off beautifully. Combined with potatoes & a lovely cream-infused broth, this soup is a cozy favorite.
Served with Cloverleaf Rolls - made from the same dough as our Maple Oatmeal Bread. A hearty & chewy addition to your dinner table.
